You are required to send all supporting documents to the agent. The number of documents varies according to the course or education provider or qualification you are studying for. Some of the most essential documents include:

  • All certificates that authenticate your previous qualification.

  • Documents or certificates that verify your previous work or study experience.

Receiving your Letter of Offer

If you are fortunate & your application is accepted then you’d receive a ‘ Letter of Offer’. Once you have received the letter of offer, you must respond to this letter by signing and sending it as an acceptance of the offer letter back to the institution. Before accepting & signing the letter, we’d suggest you to carefully read the letter of offer before signing it. Ensure that you understand all points mentioned in the letter of offer especially the refund arrangements. If you are not happy with the letter of offer, then don’t accept it as you’d regret it later. Always keep a copy of the letter because you may need it if you have to make a claim against the institution. Once you have accepted the letter of offer and paid your fee. You’d shortly receive an ‘Electronic Confirmation of Enrolment’ (eCoE) by email. This email contains a course start date, total course fees, and the duration of the course.

Visa Application

Once you have been accepted, it is the time to apply for a Student visa. You can apply for a student visa using your COE. You are required to pay your tuition fee before you get accepted.

Yes, there are several requirements that you need to meet if you want to study in Australia. These requirements are being set by the Immi.Gov.Au website. However, there is no fixed requirement to study in Australia, it varies from Institute to Institute. Every institute has its minimum English language and academic requirements.
