It is the Merit-Based scholarship program organized by Rotary Foundation. International Students are Eligible for such scholarship program.There are different type of Award Category: Admission Awards, Doctoral Awards, Government-Funded Awards, In-Course Awards, Indigenous Awards, International Awards, Master’s Awards, Prof. Master’s Awards
- Master’s students are eligible to receive the scholarship for a maximum of 2 years. Whereas, doctoral students may receive the scholarship for 4 years.
- An Ontario Graduate Scholarship recipient must not work for more than an average of 10 hours per week per academic session.

3. York University International Student Scholarships
This scholarship program is hosted by York University in Ontario, Canada. This includes two Awards:
- Global Leader of Tomorrow Award: $80,000 ($20,000 x 4 years)
- International Entrance Scholarship of Distinction: $140,000 ($35,000 x 4 years)
All scholarships above are renewable for 3 years of full-time undergraduate study, provided high academic standing is maintained in each academic year. You must meet ALL of the following criteria:
- Must be an international student who is required to have a Study Permit to study in Canada
- Must have applied to an undergraduate degree program at York that begins in Fall 2021
- Must have applied to York directly from high school no more than two years after graduation, and have no previous university or college studies
- Must have an excellent academic record with a minimum “A” average or equivalent
- Must have demonstrated leadership through community service or excellence in the arts, sports, or other areas of individual achievement

4. University of Calgary International Entrance Scholarship
The University of Calgary International Entrance Scholarship is a prestigious award that recognizes outstanding accomplishments of an international student beginning their undergraduate studies at the University in the Fall term. The criteria for the Scholarship includes not only academic excellence but also accomplishments outside the classroom. International students who are not Canadian citizens or permanent residents of Canada are the targeting group of this Scholarship.
The total amount over 4 years of undergraduate program is $60,000.
CRITERIA:
- An individual Must have Bachelors degree in any subject.
- Applicants must be international students who are registered full-time in an undergraduate degree program that commences in the Fall term
- A student must normally present a minimum GPA of 3.20
- A student must also have satisfied the university’s English Language Proficiency requirement.
5. Ontario Trillium Scholarship
Ontario Trillium Scholarship program is organised by the Ontario government to help international students to pursue a Ph. D. degree at one of the top universities in Ontario. 75 Ontario Trillium Scholarships awarded to the students every year.

CRITERIA:-
- MUST be an international student with a valid Canadian student visa.
- Proficient in English by the time of application.
- Intend to enroll in a doctoral-level, full-time degree-granting graduate program.
- Should not be a current student at a post-secondary institution in Ontario at the graduate or undergraduate level.
- Not have completed a UG or PG degree at any university/ college in Ontario immediately before applying for admission to the Ph.D. program under OTS.

6. Humber International Entrance Scholarships
This scholarship program is hosted by Humber College in Toronto, Canada. International students including all students are targeting group. Humber offers partial renewable tuition scholarships for NEW international undergraduate students beginning classes in 2021.
Value of Scholarship is $1500-$4000 depending on GPA on admission
The scholarships are renewable but the student must maintain a minimum average of 80% in order to be eligible for renewal.
Bachelor’s Degree scholarships are available to students coming directly from high school/secondary school studies, who are non-transfer students (i.e. haven’t attended college or university, or studied in Humber’s EAP program).
Humber awards degree scholarships automatically to graduating high school students based on academic achievement, with a minimum of 75% final admission average.
7. Winnipeg President’s Scholarships for World Leaders
The University of Winnipeg hosts this scholarship program for the International students. The value of scholarship is $5,000.

Outstanding International Student Award (OIS) is a one-time, merit-based entrance scholarship organised by the University of British Columbia.
