For this the condition to be considered is that these students should be pursuing their education in Germany in state or state-recognized universities. It is expected that all entitled scholarship recipients must have an outstanding academic record with a proven reflection of an interest in values like human rights, self-determination, justice, ecology, democracy and sustainability. Considering the defined parameters, 850€ per month will be given to Non-EU students in addition to individual allowances in their Masters studies whereas EU students who possess the same level will receive 649€ plus 300€ book money per month.   • DeutschlandStipendium National Scholarship Programme – The Deutschlandstipendium supports students at all participating universities in Germany without taking into consideration someone’s nationality, personal or parent income.
