1. Student visa:

This is the type of visa in which an individual wishes to enroll in a college or university for study purposes.

2. Visitor visa:

3. Super Visa

Canadian governments allow the permanent residents or Canadian citizens to invite their parents or grandparents in the Canada to live along with them. Such sort of visa could be for 10 years. But the thing is that, the invited party is not allowed to work in CANADA.

To obtain this visa, you must have an invitation from the person who is going to invite you either your child or grandchild. Despite, they just have to meet the requirements such as minimum income threshold under the Super Visa eligibility criteria. This is also known as LICO (Low Income Cut Off).

  •  The list of no. of people in the household of this person.
  • A copy of Canadian citizenship or the permanent resident of the person who is inviting you.

4.Work permit

This is the type of visa in which an individual can work in CANADA legally, with some duration of time.

To obtain this visa, firstly you must have an LMIA (Labour Market Impact Assessment). You can get this from any IRCC member, from the employer, or any lawyer in Canada. Basically, the LMIA got approved when the employer, firm, or company issues you a job offer letter.

  • An individual with a heavy truck driver’s license.
  •  2-4 year work experience.
  • At least overall 5.5 in IELTS (with no band less than 5.0 in any module).
